The Correct Way to Install

1.By Inlaying

There are two ways to install the PC sheet by inlaying, the one is to install according to the feature of the polycarbonate materials. This construction uses no Silicon Gel to seal, fixed water sink, beyond leak, looks beautiful and easy to install, which is one of patent technology. The other one is to adopt the Al Alloy as the cover board and Silicon Gel to seal. This way needs to custom-built the Al Alloy, the operative skills easy to master.

2.By screwing

When using this way, you should take consideration of the swelling and shrinking, and make sure the diameter of the hole be larger than that of the bolt and the screw. All spacing should be filled with; Do not turn the screw too tight, and gasket material or excluding PVC and PRIMER, should be placed between the bolt of the screw and the hole. All sides should be fixed by metal bar, leaving enough room for swelling.

The Way of Cleaning

Rinsing with Water（below 60℃）

Use clean clothes, sponge dipped lightly in neutral soapy water or with deter to clean the dust of the surface of the board highly （Do not use coarse fabric or brush go touch the board surface and using scraper, tazor or other sharp artid to scrap the board surface is highly discouraged.）Rise it again. Then use the soft clothes or skin of musk beer to scrub away the water mark. Please use the soft clothes dipping with alcohol, coal oil or gasline to scrub away the grease, get marks and other stains on the surface of the board.
