INSTALLATION OF PC SHEET:

1. Please find the installation connection of PC sheet as the picture. While installing the PC sheet, you should lift the protective film at the edge of its surface up to 10cm. So this can make the neutral sealant and pc sheet connect and prevent from the water. 2. In avoiding thermal expansion and shrinkage, you should keep the space of 10mm on the connection between the two sheets (width within 2m). The rate of space can change according to the coefficient of thermal expansion. 3. Tear off the surface (double) protective film after the PC sheet is installed within one week. 4. Usually the diameter of the vulva must be 50% larger than that of the bolt if the vulva needs to be made on the PC sheet directly. You should choose the bolt whoxe head is bigger than the vulva's diameter and add to waterproof pad. 5. The bolt should't be too tight, otherwise it will cause rupture and waterproof problem. 6. Dop workability agent in PVC pad and some chemical material in rubber pad are harmful for PC sheet. So we mustn't use them. However, we can use these material as pads such as EPDM rubber, siliconer rubber and Neoprene rubber. We would rather not use them if we can't find the suitable pads. Otherwise this will cause PC sheet's damage and rupture. 7. We can choose alcohol tape, Toshiba of the neutral silicone sealant or double waterproof rubber. 8. Not only can the double waterproof tape prevent from the water, but also can be used as pad material between the PC sheet and the frame. Most of double rubber tapes are destructive to PC sheet. So we can choose those rubber tapes that are not destructive such as japanese butyl waterproof rubber tape. 9. If the PC sheet needs bending, its working bending radius should be bigger than that of changeable bending rate. Please find the changeable bending radius rate as below.   ① PC sun sheet (solid slab) bending rate should be larger more than 180 times than the thickness of the sheet. 10. There are protective films on the both PC sheets and printing signature on the protective films of ultraviolet radiation-resistance. It should face the sum when installed.

NOTICES PC SHEET USAGE, CLEANING AND MAINTENACE:

1. Contamination caused by chemical solution on surface of PC sheet must be cleansed by alcohol on soft cloth, or it will cause flawing or rupture. 2. Dust or dirt on the surface must be washed by neutral detergent then be dried, with cloth, cotton or other soft material. 3. Damp floor, acid or alkali will cause damage. 4. Cold bending installation is according to minimum curve radius of PC sheet. 5. Use neutral temperature-endurance sealant and appropriate gasket material during installation. 6. Cut with electric saw (with tungsten-carbide saw blade) or hand cutting knife. Do not rip off the protective film during cut. 7. Tear it off after it is installed within a week to avoid:   ① Scratching the surface of the sheet.   ② Protective film adhering to the sheet. 8. PC sheet avoids being placed and stored in the strong sun. And it should be stored indoors with draught and without light. 9. Can not be placed on the surface of PVC or materials with pitch and chemical solvents.
